Terms and Conditions
Before making a reservation at Your Vietnam Travel, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Your Vietnam Travel and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due to by submitting a booking you confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.
Reservations and Confirmation:
All reservations must be made in writing via our official website or email addresses. All reservation requests will be handled/replied to within two business days (48 hours) to re-confirm the booking. We will inform you in case we are unable to process your requests by the specified time frame. The travel documents will be delivered to you once the full payment has been received (for our agent) or deposit received (for our clients), You will receive your travel documents: e-tickets, vouchers and itinerary via email.
Please print out these documents, as you will need to show them for all services during your visit to Vietnam.
If by any chance our travel consultant is unable to obtain confirmation (accommodation is not available as request) an alternative will be offered. If you do not accept the alternative or Your Vietnam Travel is not able to offer you an alternative, you are entitled to cancel with a full refund of the deposit.
Booking services with Your Vietnam Travel are available only to persons aged 18 years and older. By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.
For all Your Vietnam packages please notice that Compensation will not be payable to passengers if Your Vietnam Travel is forced to cancel or in any way change passengers booking schedule due to force major which in this context is defined as government action or restraint, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond Your Vietnam Travel’s control.
Validity of Prices:
All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service at destination. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, entrance fee, national holidays….. Please contact with our experts for up to date prices.
Itinerary and Activities:
Your Vietnam Travel reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times without prior notice should this be necessary due to weather or other reasons that are beyond our control. Please notice that in the case of changes of flights, the passenger is responsible for any additional costs that become payable as a result of such changes.
Deposit and Final Payment:
1. For agent:
You will be informed by e-mail when you need to pay the balance of your booking which is 60 days before your departure date. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Paypal
If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact us here and send us all the information regarding the booking, name of guest, Tour Code, and arrival date….
All Prices quoted on Your Vietnam Travel are in USD/VND(€) and per person, unless otherwise specified. All payments and refunds are due in USD/VND. Your Vietnam Travel is not responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates that might occur from the time of booking until a refund is made.
2. For clients:
You will be required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total package price within 3 days of booking confirmation. All deposits are non-refundable for changes of mind or cancellations by you. Final payment is required to be done upon your arrival to Vietnam. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Refunds, Changes and Cancellation:
- For cancellations received up to 45 calendar days before the scheduled departure, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations received 30 -45 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations received 15 – 29 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- For cancellations received within 14 calendar days before the scheduled departure date a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- All cancellations need to be made in writing and confirmed by the Reservations Team by email.
Should we experience severe weather conditions we will contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative of equivalent quality or a partial refund. No additional compensation will be paid over. There is no refund or exchange that can be made for unused services not utilized by your tour member.
An Airport Service Charge applying to all rentals with pick-up and drop-off due to late arrival or flight delayed. Please phone to us as soon as you getting this news. If you inform us late and we can not change the services for you, you will have to pay for all the extra services.
Travel Insurance:
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants take out personal insurance, especially for the active tours.
We strongly recommend to all of our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies.
Responsibilities & Liabilities:
Your Vietnam Travel shall not be held responsible for loss of property or any additional expenses incurred by customers due to unforeseen disasters such as an earthquake, flood, typhoon, fire, disease, adverse weather, etc., or an act of government(s) or other authorities such as war, strikes, political chaos, riots, quarantine, customs regulations, delays or changes in itineraries or schedules by those out of our control.
In addition, we will not be responsible for any injury, loss, death, delay, or damage to personal property that is not related to our services such as an airlines delay. Your Vietnam Travel’s maximum liability, for any reason, will be limited to the amount paid to us for the requested services.
Your Vietnam Travel will not be held responsible for the loss, death, physical harm caused to, or any expenses incurred by passengers if they deviate from our original tour itinerary or group
Complaints:
Our main goal is to provide you with an excellent service. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your holiday package, we would like to hear about it. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident occurs. All complaints must reach Your Vietnam Travel within 10 days after your departure from Vietnam. Otherwise, any possible compensation entitlement will not be valid.
